This Privacy Policy explains how and why the club collects and uses personal information for all who have signed the membership form, and what we do to ensure it is kept private and secure. Willfield Camera Club are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
We hold the following information about you:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your contact details, potentially including email address and telephone number
We hold your name, address and contact details for a number of reasons:
- So we can email you regular updates on club activities
- As a point of contact in the event of an emergency
- So we can contact you in the event of last minute changes to the programme
- In the event of illness, bereavement etc we may send you cards and/or gifts
Your details are kept secure by the Committee on a password protected spreadsheet and never shared with anyone outside of the Committee. Group emails are sent with each member’s email address private from the rest of the club.
