A dry and pleasantly warm evening is in store as we revisit a local beauty spot.
Plenty to photograph here so a great night is in store.
There is a free car Park which is about 200 yards from the lake itself by the steam train station. You turn off up to this at the point where the road to Leek passes under the railway bridge. You then walk alongside the railway track to the lake.
There is also parking on this road – which is the one which goes to Leek. You can then walk along the feeder stream by the side of the garage to the lake.
Hotel Rudyard car park costs £3 pay at the reception. You will get clamped if you don’t pay.
