SUMMARY:AGM with Mr Alan Rust
DESCRIPTION:Yes\, the night you all look forward to is finally here as the whole committee step down for a few minutes\, some of them yabber on for a bit and all of you have the chance to become one of the committee as all positions are up for grabs. If you would like to take one of the positions on the committee let me know beforehand and\, if more than one person would like a position\, then a very civilised vote will take place. We used to use the old Raving Bonkers boxing game to decide who got the position (see link below) but sadly both the heads ended up in Gerald’s cup of tea one night and we couldn’t fix them back on. So a vote it will be. Or maybe Buckaroo? \nWe are then thrilled to offer up none other than Mr Alan Rust who will be making his debut tonight. With pictures and stories from his trip to Canada\, Alan will be looking for your support to help him through his first night at the front so maybe leave those rotten tomatoes at home…..until his second go at least.

SUMMARY:A Night at the Boiler Works
DESCRIPTION:Tonight will mainly be about looking for a possible new venue for the club and the Boiler Works has excellent facilities. As part of the evening we will be using their photography studio\, which includes an infinity curve so do bring your cameras along. \nThe venue is behind the first set of gates on the left and the car park is just a bit further along on the left behind some black gates. The gates are key coded and someone will be there to let you in. The car park is bigger than it first looks as you can park around the building. Other spaces are available on the street.

DESCRIPTION:Double trouble is back as we will have two rooms tonight. In our main room we will be having a Back to Basics night which will start at the very beginning (a very good place to start) with aperture\, shutter speed\, ISO etc. Master photter Phil will be the master of ceremonies with help from others who know what they’re doing (i.e. not me!). Bring your cameras along so you can work along with Phil and his helpers. \nIn room 2 we will be having a Halloween themed studio night…..so bring your cameras for that too.
