DESCRIPTION:A number of years ago we had a really fun night recreating album covers so we thought we’d do it again. Last time we had some efforts from albums made by Queen\, Elton John and Bruce Springsteen for example but what will happen this time? I still haven’t got over having to wear the wigs! \nBring in your ideas\, props and your cameras of course and let’s recreate (appropriate?) some masterpieces!

DESCRIPTION:We have shot each other in the past and some of us have been shot more than others but when do we ever try and get a shot that the volunteer model would want to show off to their family and friends? The answer is never…..until tonight. \nSo\, get dressed up\, tell the photographers what you want and let’s get some pictures/portraits that are the one picture you are most proud of. What you want to wear or how you would like to be shown is up to you so get your thinking caps on beforehand. Will you want it framed on your mantelpiece or as your screensaver? \nAnd once you’ve got your picture taken you can then do the same for someone else. \nSo whether you think you look best in mono\, dressed up to the nines or….well…however…..let’s take some amazing pictures!

SUMMARY:The first show and tell of 2024 and showing off your festive booty
DESCRIPTION:I know we don’t normally do this at the start of a month but we didn’t have a show and tell last month and we have our festive shoot to show off as well as any pictures taken over Christmas. Other pictures welcome of course if we need to fill the time. Details of where to send your pictures will be in your emails. \nWe will also be spending some time discussing and looking at what photography goodies you may have had from the big guy in the red coat so do bring anything in to show it off. And if anyone had a mirrorless Nikon from Santa and doesn’t want it\, I’d be happy to take it off your hands.
